Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@varlenz.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Email us as soon as possible.
